Overlooking Lake Geneva, at the entrance of the medieval village of Yvoire, we invite you to dine at our Villa Cécile Restaurant and discover traditional, refined cuisine with authentic flavours, as well as specialty dishes featuring delicious fish freshly caught from the lake.

In keeping with our commitment to offer guests a wholesome choice of food so that you may combine the benefits of our relaxation treatments with those of healthy and balanced meals, our chef has developed menus that are both sumptuous and low-calorie, in partnership with Dr Aline Requin, specialist in nutrition and micro-nutrition.

Our chef and his entire team have just one aim in mind: to allow you to discover fresh regional produce, and make sure you spend an enjoyable gastronomic moment at our restaurant.

Fresh, regional produce

Our menu is developed according to seasonal availabilities, and puts the treasures offered by Lake Geneva in the spotlight. With perch, Arctic char, Lake Geneva whitefish goujonettes and more on the menu, you will be able to savour fish freshly caught from the lake by Yann Gamain, professional fisherman.

Our chef, Yann Le Fevre, will also treat you to his specialty dishes, such as his mi-cuit duck foie gras “au torchon”, his lightly pan-fried langoustine with red shiso, or his whole peeled lobster flambéed in Cognac. Make sure you also try the delicious sweet treats on offer, such as the classic Baba “bouchon” rum cake or the heavenly hazelnut and chocolate fondant pudding.

You may also opt for our healthy choice menu, which is both delicious and low in calories. Discover a new miniature world of unique tastes, perfumes and colours offered by a medley of baby leaves and sprouts, or our grilled fish and meat dishes.

For dessert, treat your sweet tooth to a guilt-free dark chocolate mousse with macadamia nut pieces, crème brûlée with Vergeoise sugar, or our fresh fruit carpaccio to end your meal on a fresh note.

Organic breakfasts

A hearty breakfast is a great way to get your day off on the right foot.

We offer guests a full breakfast selection of organic produce including pastries, fresh bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, home-made jams and hot and cold drinks. In order to cater to everybody’s needs, the buffet also offers guests low-fat and gluten-free products.
